Guest Portrait Painting

About the Experience
A live wedding painting captures your celebration as it unfolds—your guests can watch the artwork come to life on and after your big day! Some will leave with a one-of-a-kind watercolored guest portrait on your wedding day, and then the party continues through my SketchyTina Instagram stories with live painting after until all guests portraits are finished and shipped out. Each painting is created with professional, archival materials and finished in my studio after the wedding.


Starting at $2,000

•  Up to 6 hours of live painting during the wedding. INCLUDES Up to 40 5x7 guest portraits and a 6x9 of the special couple. INCLUDES: Ceremony, Cocktail hour and Reception. *In some cases I can stay for the after party, and I have stayed overnight and offered live paintings at Brunch. That's for further discussion, with a room included. Any additional guest portraits added to this package will be $35 each. The amount of portraits will not be your total guest count, its usually cut in half because they are coupled & families. But the singles make a beautiful painting as well !! My normal 5x7 commissions go from $75-$150, but these are more simplified. If anyone wants to upgrade a painting on their own, this is also an option. Those will be done in studio.

 

• 6x9 watercolor for Bride & Groom will be done before Cocktail Hour if photo is sent in a timely manner from wedding help or photographer. This photo will sit on the watercolor table throughout the night.

• Studio painting after the event includes a 2-4 week window depending on the count of portraits. I share the paintings in my stories for you and your guests to enjoy over time and ship out! This is JUST as lovely as the live painting at the wedding. Promise!

• Each painting will have a backing, clear wrap and SketchyTina sticker. I have had some Bride's provide Thank you stickers as well, you can add whatever you'd like.

What’s Included
• Pre-wedding consultation to plan composition and timeline
• Professional setup and discreet presence during your event, unless you state otherwise.
• High-quality, archival paints and paper.
• Final touch-ups completed in-studio

Booking & Payment
• A signed contract and non-refundable retainer of 50% are required to secure your date
• Remaining balance due at wedding, or if you want to take care of it anytime before, for your convenience.
• Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis

Important Notes
• Pricing may vary based on location, timeline, and custom requests
• Outdoor events may affect setup and painting time
• All artwork remains copyrighted by the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing
